What we collect
When you shop on Sniped, we collect the information you give us at checkout — name, email, shipping address, phone number, and payment details processed by our payment provider. We also collect basic device and usage data (browser, pages viewed, referrer) via first-party cookies to keep the site working and to understand what's popular.
How we use it

Who we share it with
We share limited information with the service providers that make the store work — payment processing, fulfillment, shipping carriers, email delivery, error monitoring, and analytics. Cookies
We use first-party cookies for cart state, login sessions, and privacy-friendly analytics. You can clear cookies at any time from your browser; some features (cart, wishlist) won't persist without them.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@sniped.com. We respond within 30 days. Residents of California, Colorado, Virginia, and the EU/UK have additional rights under local law — the same email is the fastest way to exercise them.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to service warranties, returns, and accounting obligations (typically 7 years). Marketing and account data are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure; then deleted or anonymized.
Security
Card data is handled by our payment processor and never stored on Sniped servers. Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to production systems is limited to authorized staff and logged. No system is perfectly secure — report suspected issues to security@sniped.com.
Children
Sniped is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, email privacy@sniped.com and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We'll post material changes on this page and update the "Updated" date. For substantive changes affecting existing accounts, we'll also email registered users.
