1. Your account
You need to be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account and place an order. Keep your login credentials secure — you're responsible for activity on your account.
2. Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we confirm shipment. Prices, inventory, and promotions can change without notice; obvious pricing errors may be cancelled after purchase (with a full refund). Taxes are calculated at checkout based on ship-to address.
3. Shipping
Free standard US shipping is offered on qualifying orders as indicated at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to you on carrier hand-off; if a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact Support and we'll make it right.
4. Returns & warranty
Most products are returnable within 30 days of delivery in unused condition — return shipping is on us for US orders. Brand warranties are honored per each brand's terms; we help you file the claim. See the Support Center for details.
5. Acceptable use
- — Don't try to scrape, resell, or repackage Sniped content or product data without permission.
- — Don't attempt to interfere with the site, other users, or our infrastructure.
- — Don't submit reviews that are fake, incentivized without disclosure, or defamatory.
- — Don't use Sniped to violate any law or third-party right.
6. Content you post
Reviews, questions, and ratings you submit stay yours, but you grant Sniped a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and format that content on the site and in marketing. We can remove content that violates these terms.
7. Intellectual property
"Sniped", the logo, product photography we shoot, and site copy are ours (or licensed to us). Brand names and product images from third parties belong to those brands.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is". We do our best to describe products accurately, but we don't warrant that listings are error-free or that the site will be uninterrupted. Product-specific warranties are described on each product page.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sniped's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid Sniped in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are handled in the state or federal courts of San Francisco County, California, unless applicable law says otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and (for account holders) sent by email.
